This hotel was a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel grounds were absolutely stunning, like a little oasis. I especially loved the terrace adjoining my room, it was well equipped and the perfect spot to relax. The location was ideal for me, as I had a car and there was great parking available. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, cooked eggs, bacon, toast. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Very modern hotel, great staff, very nice swimming pool area. Beautiful rooms. Nearby to interesting cities such as Ragusa, Modica and Noto.
Hotel is located outside the city and you need a car to get to the center. Not really a problem but good to be aware of.

The standard of the hotel is excellent, starting from the cleanliness, organisation, materials used for rooms and common areas ending with the hotel staff who were very helpful. The stay was so good that we opted to delay our trip to enjoy the beautiful pool area, since the initial idea was to use hotel to sleep-over only. Impressed, a 4-star with a 5 star quality.

Apart from the beautiful rooms, the General Manager Massimo, takes a personal interest in all his guests. He even called me before I arrived to see if I had any special requests.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during October. The hotel was very clean with excellent facilities. We enjoyed the free parking and the convenient location to shopping outlets and two highways. The breakfast was adequate, and we were impressed by the friendly and professional staff.
Everything was fantastic.

Reception staff and Riccardo were the best part of an otherwise hugely disappointing stay.
Sad to say the hotel did not match what we hoped for in a holiday destination or other reviewers led us to believe and we feel modica palace is more ideally set up for, and equipped in mind for local/business clients, which it probably serves very well. Reception staff were kind and very professional and Riccardo most obliging, but breakfast was poor. Modica itself also disappointing, unfortunately in mid Oct so many restaurants and shops closed we struggled to find anything open. The two places the tourist office told us to go to for lunch were both closed! We escaped to Siracusa, thankfully a hugely better experience and we will be writing a glowing report about this hotel on check out, wish we could have done the same for our first destination but just not what we hoped for and an expensive financial and holiday time expense for us all round.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a fabulous pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we first arrived in Modica and couldn't find the hotel, the General Manager drove into the centre of Modica to find us and lead us back. We felt it was extremely good value for money and would recommend it to anyone.
We liked everything.

the hotel staff was very accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was modern and immaculately clean, with a decent-sized bathroom. the breakfast was more than satisfying and the pool area was perfect for relaxing with amazing views.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to navigate at night.

The size of the room and breakfast options were good. the location was easily accessible to nearby attractions. the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel lacked the Christmas atmosphere and decorations. the staff were not attentive to our needs and the Wi-Fi signal was weak and spotty.

Nice design, large rooms, nice poolarea, good breakfast. Nice and helpfull staff.
Too much technique! The light system is so complex that it went on at night every 2h and we hat to call recepcion. They could not fix it and we endet up with two night without sleep!
